D3 Delivery provides furniture and appliance delivery, moving labor, and related logistics services across the Carolinas. All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.
All service payments must be made in full by the time of service unless otherwise agreed in writing. Deposits may be required for larger jobs. D3 Delivery reserves the right to cancel or reschedule appointments due to non-payment or scheduling conflicts.
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before your scheduled service to receive a refund. No-shows or last-minute cancellations may result in a forfeiture of your deposit. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
While we take every precaution to protect your items and property, D3 Delivery is not liable for damages caused by pre-existing conditions or circumstances beyond our control. Any damage claims must be reported within 24 hours of service.
By submitting your phone number on our website, you consent to receive SMS messages from D3 Delivery, including booking confirmations, updates, and promotional offers.
